Mr. Charnley joined Mobee in 2014 as President and CEO. He brings over two decades of experience leading high-growth technology companies, including extensive experience as an executive in the enterprise networking, security, and telecom markets. Mr. Charnley is responsible for Mobee’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations. He holds BS, MS, and MBA degrees, and is also past Chairman of UMass Lowell’s College of Arts and Sciences Board. He is a founding member of the High Growth CEO Forum, an active member of the Boston CEO Club, a member of the Turnaround Management Association, a former adjunct graduate school professor, and a private company board member. He has been involved in numerous technology companies as an investor, board member, or advisor. He is a frequent lecturer on a variety of business topics focused around entrepreneurship, change management, and business transitions.
Aaron heads sales and customer development at Mobee and is responsible for forging and developing relationships with Mobee’s clients. He brings over 10 years of leadership experience introducing new technology and data solutions to brands across the retail and consumer packaged goods industries. Prior to working at Mobee, Aaron held senior sales and business development positions at Affinnova (acquired by Nielsen) and Compete (acquired by WPP). Aaron holds a bachelor's degree from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Duke University.
Anand is responsible for business development and partnerships at Mobee. His primary focus is expanding Mobee’s data platform to retail markets and establishing strategic partnerships with consumer insights and retail data companies. Anand brings over 15 years of experience in building, managing, and growing technology companies. Prior to working at Mobee, he held various executive and senior management positions at Moontoast, inStream Media, eXtendMobility, Azuki Systems, and Nokia. Anand holds a master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Devon is the Director of Operations at Mobee. She started her career in the market research industry as an Associate Analyst at Affinnova (acquired by Nielsen), moved quickly into a Research Analyst role, and eventually became a Product Manager. Devon started at Mobee in early 2014 as an Account Manager. Her focus on process and creating efficiencies advanced her to become Mobee’s Director of Operations in late 2014. Devon graduated from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College in 2011.
Erika joined Mobee in 2012 as Community Manager during the official launch of the first iOS Mobee app. She has driven user support and led marketing efforts across both the user and client side. Prior to working at Mobee, Erika was enrolled in the second Startup Institute Boston class on the Technical Marketing track. She recently worked with Startup Institute to help launch and instruct their first part-time Technical Marketing RampUp course. Erika received her Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Florida.
Jit served as CEO and Co-Founder of Applix and Netezza, taking both companies public. He currently holds advisory roles at companies including Mobee, uTest, Actifio, Demandware, Tesora, and Hadapt.
Neal served as President, International of Dunkin’ Brands, President of Panera Bread, VP Marketing at Au Bon Pain, VP Fidelity Ventures at Fidelity Investments. He currently holds advisory roles at companies including Mobee, Snap Kitchen, and Cheddar’s Casual Cafe.
Tod served as President of iRobot. He founded and served as Chairman and CEO of Authoria, and was CEO of Foundation Technologies. Tod is an EIR at MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He currently holds advisory roles at companies including Mobee, Jobs for the Future, and ViralGains.
John is a retired Chairman of the Board and CEO at Procter & Gamble. He served as the Chairman of the Board of The Walt Disney Corporation and was CEO of the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center.
